That’s the best explanation we can give. We refuse to align ourselves to a certain area, or define ourselves by a particular style, because we believe this gives us the freedom and scope to create anything.
HUNDRED MILLION LTD has a simple aim at it’s heart; to make things, better. Born from a love of (good) design, of utilitarian items, injecting messages into products, and the way things used to be done – and mixing this with a passion for punk rock and a desire to make things better, HUNDRED MILLION LTD aims to solve the worlds problems one at a time.
It’s taking longer than we thought…
Our product line is a mixture of serious statement pieces and light-hearted takes on everyday issues, that we think express a brand that is progressive and still celebrates classic attitudes towards design. Whether our projects are trying to create world peace, or finding the best way to open a beer bottle, they will be added to our list of 100,000,000 problems which we believe need solving.

These terms and conditions form the basis on which you can visit and use our website. Please read them carefully as they contain important information.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This site is owned and operated by HUNDRED MILLION LTD. If you want to ask us anything about these terms and conditions or if you have any comments or complaints on or about our website, please e-mail us at [email protected].
DELIVERY
We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you to arrange an alternative time. Please let us know if you have a preferred delivery date or special requirement and we will attempt to accommodate you.
UNWANTED PRODUCTS AND CANCELLATIONS
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of your goods (with the exception of any made to order items).
If in the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. All goods returned must be as new and the responsibility for the return delivery costs lie with the customer. Upon return the goods will be inspected and a refund made within 14 days.
FAULTY PRODUCTS
Every effort is made to package our products appropriately in order to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, if a product arrives damaged or with defects, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate, providing you return the Product to us within 30 days of receipt. In these circumstances we will also pay you the cost of the return postage. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs. For help with items later than 30 days after your initial purchase please email us for more information. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
PROCEDURE FOR RETURNING UNWANTED OR FAULTY GOODS
Please contact us by email at [email protected] to inform us that you wish to return the product(s) with details of your name, address and order number. These must also be included with the item and clearly marked in order to improve processing of your return. We will also advise you how to send the item back to us. Occasionally items may have to be picked up by a courier service. Otherwise, please use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt (such as via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery). Please note you will be responsible for the returned Products until they reach us.
WARRANTIES AND LIABILITIES
Subject to conditions and provided the total price has been paid by the due date for payment, HUNDRED MILLION LTD warrants that the Goods will correspond with their specification at the time of delivery and will be free from defects in material and workmanship. HUNDRED MILLION LTD will (at it’s own choice) either replace, repair, or give credit for Goods found to be faulty within the product’s warranty period. Unless otherwise stated the standard warranty period for all goods supplied by HUNDRED MILLION LTD will be 12 months from the date of purchase.
HUNDRED MILLION LTD will as far as possible endeavour to ensure that all goods supplied are safe and compliant with any relevant standards with regard to the specific intended and stated use for the goods. HUNDRED MILLION LTD cannot be held responsible for defects arising from misuse or mishandling of goods. Any fault or damage to the goods supplied should be reported to HUNDRED MILLION LTD immediately, failure to do so may affect the warranty.
The Customer will indemnify and keep indemnified HUNDRED MILLION LTD against all claims, proceedings, costs and expenses in connection with any third party claim based upon any allegation that the safety of the Goods (or materials or components comprised within the Goods or any goods in which the Goods are incorporated) is not such as persons are generally entitled to expect, save where such deficiency in their safety was present at the time the Goods were dispatched to the Customer or its agents by HUNDRED MILLION LTD or it’s agents.
RISK AND OWNERSHIP
Risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you at the time of delivery to you, or if you fail to take delivery at the agreed time, the time when we tried to deliver. You will only own the goods once they have been successfully delivered and when we have received cleared payment in full. The Customer’s right to possession of the products shall cease if it does anything or fails to do anything which would entitle a receiver to take possession of any assets or which would entitle any person to present a petition for winding up (or in case of a person or firm commit an act of bankruptcy). The Customer shall hold any proceeds of sale as a fiduciary until its account with HUNDRED MILLION LTD has been settled.
OWNERSHIP OF RIGHTS
All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by HUNDRED MILLION LTD. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without our permission. You may not modify, distribute or repost anything on this website for any purpose.

GUIDELINES FOR WHOLESALERS
We reserve the right to refuse terms and/or supply to any customer who we deem to be reselling or retailing HUNDRED MILLION LTD products through unapproved channels. These unapproved channels include: Any third party retail or wholesale company based in the UK or abroad; Shops and websites that have not been authorised as official HUNDRED MILLION LTD stockists, HUNDRED MILLION LTD specifically do not approve selling via EBay, Amazon or any other similar website. Customers with new or moved locations should notify us for approval in advance.
CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS

LAW, JURISDICTION AND LANGUAGE
This website, any content contained therein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English.

OVERSEAS AND NON-UK DESTINATIONS
We ship to almost all countries worldwide and have competitive prices for road and Air services to most of the world. For air shipments to countries like America, Canada & the Far East we will contact you first to discuss delivery and pricing options. We will always seek to quote you competitive rates and agree pricing with you first before finalising the order or taking payment. Please bear in mind that non EU destinations may be subject to customs charges.
